SEO Coordinator
Jelly is looking to add a SEO Coordinator to our high-energy team of go-getters, storytellers, and experts in all things digital.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, data-driven marketer who is excited about both traditional SEO and the evolving role of AI in search, content, and analytics. You’ll support and execute on-site and off-site SEO strategies while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, insights, and performance for Jelly’s clients.

Job Description:
Jelly’s SEO Coordinator is responsible for executing and managing organic search initiatives across Jelly’s client roster, with a focus on modern SEO best practices and AI-enabled optimization. This role supports campaign planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting, while helping Jelly adapt to evolving search engines, AI-generated search experiences, and automation tools.
Required Experience:
- Experience planning and executing SEO strategies (on-site and off-site)
- Ability to manage multiple SEO initiatives concurrently
- Google Analytics and SEMrush certifications are considered an asset

Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy and Execution:
- Research, plan, and implement on-site and off-site SEO recommendations to improve organic visibility and performance
- Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis, including optimization for AI-influenced and conversational search queries
- Manage multiple SEO campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and client goals are met
- Develop and execute link-building and digital authority strategies
- Recommend improvements to website architecture, technical SEO elements, internal linking, and content structure
- Monitor search performance, rankings, traffic, and engagement metrics across client accounts
AI and Search:
- Utilize AI tools to support keyword research, content optimization, competitive analysis, and performance insights
- Stay informed on evolving SEO, AI, and search engine algorithm updates and apply learnings to client strategies
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure SEO strategies align with broader client objectives
- Collaborate with PR, content, and social teams to support SEO-driven content creation and amplification
- Prepare clear, data-driven performance reports and insights for internal teams and client presentations
- Translate complex SEO and AI insights into actionable recommendations

Starting Salary Range:
$55,000 – $60,000 plus bonuses upon meeting eligibility criteria
